The Situation
Following the first project that i Wall completed for the Discovery Channel, i Wall was asked to complete a second project. This project was different from the first. It involved producing and installing eleven pods in the five colours of the Olympic rings:
7 x think pods
2 x talk pods
2 x meeting pods

We Made It Happen
Our Solution
All pods featured a PIR operated light and air flow system triggered by entering the pod. LED light panels were fitted flush to the ceiling. In line fans were installed above the ceiling connected to flush ceiling valves.
The Benefits
As well as being a cost effective alternative to building rooms, Discovery Communications boasted a number of other pod benefits, including creating a very comfortable environment with high performing acoustics and speech clarity, where successful private conversations can be held. The client was delighted commenting that “we all love them, they are always booked up for use!”
