In this series, we introduce you to members of our company’s staff. By showing you their typical day, you’ll get an insight into how the internal wheels of i Wall grind and how we work to produce the best products and services possible to deliver on the promises we make to our clients.
In this instalment, meet Oliver Bond, Director from our Wiltshire Head Office, Oliver joined the company in 2022. With over 20 years’ experience within the office furniture industry, he brings with him a highly respected amount of knowledge and expertise from an extremely successful career so far.
I work across all areas of the products and services business, although my primary role is to identify and develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers. I ensure our highly valued existing customers continue to receive the first-class service and reliability that initially attracted them to iWall, as well as building relationships with new clients.
As well as this Business Development role, I also work alongside the tender, pre-contract, estimating and project management teams to ensure that our customer receives a consistent level of service throughout the project.
The other really important parts of the role are to ensure that iWall continues to meet and exceed all health and safety requirements, both on site and within our own factory and warehouse. In addition, as members of the FIS, I and the other Directors constantly review processes and procedures to ensure our quality standards and assurances remain at the highest level.
Naturally, I do manage to find the odd moment or two to meet new and old customers on the golf course. Work hard play hard!
